Favourite products from: Silk Naturals

Silk Naturals is one of the first 'green' brands I ever bought makeup from, and it is still one of my absolute favourites.

Limelight HD Highlighter.
The eagle-eyed among you might recognise this from my Project Pan that I started back in April. I thought I wanted to use it up to be able to get rid of this palette, but I actually realised that I really like this highlighter, and have no desire to use it up quickly at all. So for now, it has a safe place in my collection.

Brow Cream.
Okay, so this is the first cream brow product I've tried so I don't have much to compare it with, but I like it so much and the price is so good that I really don't see myself straying from this anytime soon, if nothing else because it's gonna last me forever!

Lipstick in Card Shark.
This is a bit darker than it looks in the picture, and it's one of the lipsticks I put on most often. It's a bit battered because it's been carried around in bags with me everywhere. I've tried a few of their other lipsticks and they're all amazing. If you're looking for a really good, moisturising and pigmented lipstick, you have to check out Silk Naturals!

Blush in Maybe Baby.
Silk Naturals make my favourite loose powder blushes, because they're sheer at first but easy to build opacity with. Which is good for me, since I otherwise tend to walk around with a patchy blush. This is in Maybe Baby, a matte shade that is just beautiful. This is a sample, but I think I'll get the full size once this is out.

Honourable mentions:
Eye shadows! All of them, and there are many! So far, I've never been disappointed in a Silk Naturals eyeshadow, and I thing I have over 30 of them by now.

Favourite products from: Bloom Remedies

I thought I'd start sharing some of my favourite brands and the products I like best from them. First: Bloom Remedies!

First is my absolute favourite and a definite constant repurchase for me: the Serenity Slumber Pillow Mist. The scent of this is just dreamy. This smells of ylang ylang, geranium and lavender. It has become a natural part of my evening (or to be honest, late late night) ritual. I relate this scent so much with going to bed now that I feel instantly calm and relaxed whenever I smell it.

I raved about this on twitter a while ago and said I wanted to be able to smell it all the time, so Bloom Remedies were sweet enough to send me a Serenity Slumber Pulse Point* roll-on with my next order. I now carry that around in my bag everywhere I go.

The Shea Butter Body Lotion and the Body Butter are both scented with orange, cardamom and geranium and both smell heavenly (can you tell I'm crazy about the scents?). I basically use whichever of these I feel like at the moment, and I ususally pair the body butter with some aloe vera.

The body lotion smells even more wonderful if you've used Bodhi and Birch's Pep Noir Bath & Shower Therapy just before. If you've got them both, you should give it a try!

Lastly, the Daily Balance Cream moisturiser. I bought this when I was running out of the Bodhi & Birch Rosa Rosa, and looking for a cheaper alternative. You all know how much I loved that moisturiser, and I acutally think this performs quite similarly. Again, this of course has a lovely scent and it just feels so light and fresh.

Honourable mention: The Beard Oil which I bought my dad for Christmas last year. He really liked it and has asked me for a new one this Christmas!
